• The proposed building is distinguished by a unique concept. The first floor is completely freed, and the non-standard commercial space and the created public space will become the center of attraction in the middle of the city.
• The 13-meter high colonnade adds special lightness to the environment and connects the street and the public, different type of commercial space inside the building.
• The basement floor with an area of 2000 square meters will be completely dedicated to car parking. In addition, mechanized two-level parking spaces will be made.
• “Tower Group Gorgasali” is responsible for the acquisition, restoration, and rehabilitation of the existing cultural heritage monument.
According to the technical assignment of “Tower Group” LLC, a premium class residential complex was designed.
The current situation in the project area is deplorable. During the evaluation of the condition of the barrack type settlement in the center of the city by the experts, it was determined that the vast majority of the buildings are dilapidated and do not meet the minimum living conditions.
Based on the historical context of the location, the appearance of the building is a harmonious combination of modern and classical architecture. The facade is covered with the highest quality natural materials. All international standards are respected.
