Simponia

Alpha Architecture has designed a new hotel complex, Simponia, for Cape 23 on Green Cape in Batumi.

The 16-storey hotel complex features outstanding panoramic views and distinctive architecture. The design employs wavy cantilevered forms inspired by the non-standard relief and sea-themed character of Green Cape’s central territory.

The exterior uses aluminum composite material with a wooden texture that harmonizes with the surrounding abundance of green plants. The building’s terrace includes an open pool with a jacuzzi, bar, and additional amenities — offering views of Batumi’s coastal landscape, the sea, and the mountains.
