Located in Tbilisi, Georgia, alongside the ancient Mtkvari River, in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The form is inspired by the river and its undulating banks, which are reflected in the building’s facade, symbolizing infinity.

The complex combines residential floors with eight floors dedicated to public facilities, integrating private living and shared civic program in a single volume.
