Hotel Complex
2026–2029
Ongoing
A new hotel complex at the Goderdzi mountain-ski resort.
The process of architectural formation is a synthesis of traditional high-mountainous Adjara elements and modern materials, so that the volume of the building is harmoniously combined with the natural environment as much as possible.
The angular forms characteristic of mountain architecture are wrapped in a modern interpretation of the traditional folk element of roofing, the qawar. Walls covered with high-quality processed natural wood add coziness and naturalness to the space. Corner panoramic premium-class aluminum triplet windows emphasize the modernity of the project. At night, the building is accented with LED lighting strips.
Due to the abundance of precipitation and snow in the area, underfloor heating is arranged on the open terraces.
Behind the reception on the first floor an atrium will be arranged — a winter garden wrapped in glass with evergreen exotic plants. A premium-class lounge-bar with seating area and fireplace surrounds the winter garden.
The complex is fully adapted for winter sports lovers: storage for skis and snowboards with direct street access, a 2,000 sq m underground parking area, spa center and sauna, entertainment space, restaurant, and 24/7 concierge service.
