The architectural solution of the project fits exactly to its location and environment. The wavy forms used in the architecture of OG Residence respond to the theme of the sea, and the visual inspiration for the cladding materials comes from the surrounding green mountainous landscape — high-quality wood-texture aluminum composite panels harmoniously blend with the green environment and space.

For additional comfort the project includes: lobby and reception, panoramic restaurant and bar, private equipped beach, 1,500 sq m of furnished green yard, spa center, indoor pool, and parking.
