According to the technical assignment of Tower Group, a premium-class residential complex was designed.

The proposed building features a unique concept: the first floor is completely freed, and a non-standard commercial space combined with public space becomes a city-center attraction.

A 13-metre-high colonnade adds lightness to the environment and connects street, public areas, and different commercial spaces inside the building.

The basement floor of 2,000 sq m is dedicated to parking, with mechanized two-level parking spaces.

Tower Group Gorgasali is responsible for the acquisition, restoration, and rehabilitation of the existing cultural heritage monument on the site.

The building’s appearance represents a harmonious blend of modern and classical architecture. The facade is covered in highest-quality natural materials, and all international standards are respected.
