Sea Pearl 2
Batumi, Georgia
Coastal Residential Tower
Ongoing
Introducing our ongoing project on Batumi’s coastline.
The architectural concept draws inspiration from the coastal landscape and the natural rhythm of the sea. Soft, continuous façade lines rise vertically, wrapping around the building’s volume to create a sculptural silhouette. An oval frame defines the sea-facing elevation and brings unity to the composition.
The vertical façade lines and the horizontal rhythm of balconies and terraces form a cohesive, dynamic composition. Terraces arranged at different levels shape the building’s dynamic silhouette, while expansive glazing and glass balustrades emphasize its light and elegant character.
An open, landscaped terrace introduces a distinct horizontal accent and provides a sea-facing space for relaxation. Greenery distributed across the balconies and terraces visually connects the building’s different levels and strengthens its relationship with the coastal landscape.
Address: 21–22 Tamar Mepe Avenue.
