Introducing Sport City, our latest mixed-use development for One Development.

The project is composed of four buildings arranged in a dynamic composition. While each volume has its own distinct placement, they are united by a cohesive architectural language that creates a harmonious and recognizable identity. The façades are defined by clear geometric forms and a structured grid, where the rhythm of vertical and horizontal elements gives the buildings a refined contemporary character.

Deep terraces, integrated greenery, and sun-shading elements create a comfortable, human-scaled environment. Despite its scale, the complex is carefully designed to integrate harmoniously with both its surroundings and the relationship between the buildings themselves.

Sport City stands out for its contemporary architecture, integrating residential, sports, and recreational functions into one cohesive mixed-use development. Surrounded by public spaces on all four sides, the complex promotes connectivity, accessibility, and a vibrant urban environment.
