Introducing our ongoing project at 27 Demetre Tavdadebuli Street, one of Batumi’s central streets.

Arches and balustrades give the project its distinctive architectural character, while the balconies further emphasize the building’s classical aesthetic. Glass railings and expansive glazing lend visual lightness to the architectural volume and give it a contemporary appearance.
