Irakli Emiridze • Alpha Architecture has designed a new hotel complex "Simponia" for Ltd. “Cape 23” located in Green Cape, Batumi, Georgia.
We are excited to introduce a 16-storey hotel complex designed on Green Cape in Batumi, with outstanding panoramic views and architecture. The architectural solution of the mentioned project, namely the wavy cantilevered forms, is based on the non-standard relief forms and the sea theme characteristic of the central territory of Green Cape. The aluminum composite material used in the project with a wooden texture is harmoniously combined with the exterior, which is due to the abundance of green plants around. Additionally, the building’s terrace features an open pool with a jacuzzi and other amenities, providing an extraordinary view of Batumi's unparalleled beauty.
