▪️The main attraction of the project is an incredible view on Batumi, as seen from the open terrace and the green roof.
▪️The concept of the project is based on the existing landscape and functional purpose. The shape of the building is exceptionally blended with the surrounding environment.
▪️The forms and materials used are taken from the aquatic motifs and emphasize proximity to the water.
▪️The facade consists of half-transparent and wooden panels, which on the one hand imitate the fish scales, and on the other repeats the traditional Adjarian wooden roofing element - Kavari
