The project is situated on a 1-hectare site in the seaside resort of Gonio. The existing internal intercity road crosses the land on two sides, and additional two-way roads will be added on the remaining sides as part of the project.
The complex comprises three 16-floor residential blocks, with the open spaces between the buildings maximized for green plantings, public squares, and communal areas. The development includes parking for 300 vehicles.
Architecturally, the project represents a harmonious blend of seaside motifs and modern design elements. The facades facing the sea feature a unique structural element crowned by a terrace overhanging the roof. The aluminum embossed sheet material and volumetric shapes evoke the imagery of a seashell, emphasizing the complex’s proximity to the sea.
One of the standout features is the premium panoramic apartments with individual terraces and Jacuzzis, offering stunning sea views. These exclusive units serve as the signature feature of the project.
