Residential Complex
The Serenade complex stands out with its sharp, angular forms and distinctive industrial style. A unique panoramic elevator, prominently featured on the building’s main facade, provides direct access from ground level to an infinity pool and open terrace located on the rooftop. The building's facade is clad with decorative metal elements and living green elements equipped with their own technical spaces and irrigation system. Extensive use of panoramic glazing softens the building’s overall volume while ensuring maximum natural light penetration into the interior.
The Serenade project serves as a natural continuation of our previously designed project for Tempo Holding, Queen’s Residence. Therefore, our primary goal was to achieve architectural distinction while maintaining visual harmony between the two developments. Despite differences in their visual approaches, a cohesive architectural concept has been established through careful selection of color schemes and subtle yet consistent architectural detailing.
